Nauki rolnicze

W tej ostatniej już części cyklu przedstawię dane na temat najczęściej cytowanych prac z dziedziny nauk rolniczych. Ponieważ średnia cytowań tych prac w kraju wynosi 2,35, za graniczną wartość cytowań przyjąłem liczbę 25 cytatów. Podkreślam, że 25 cytatów w tej dyscyplinie nauki odpowiada 85 cytowaniom w dziedzinie biologii molekularnej i genetyki. Ponieważ w opublikowanych wcześniej opracowaniach nad cytowaniami prac z dziedziny ekologii oraz nauk o roślinach i zwierzętach przyjąłem jako wartość graniczną 40 cytowań, a średnia w tych dziedzinach nauki jest porównywalna z naukami rolniczymi, postanowiłem uzupełnić poprzednie opracowanie o publikacje cytowane ponad 25 razy. W tym opracowaniu korzystałem z bazy Scopus, a nie jak poprzednio z bazy ISI, jest ona bowiem szybsza w obsłudze, prostsza i bardziej przyjazna użytkownikowi.

Aby znaleźć się na liście, praca musiała zostać opublikowana w czasopiśmie związanym z tymi dziedzinami nauki bądź autor powinien być zatrudniony w instytucji związanej z tymi dziedzinami nauki. Warunkiem drugim była afiliacja autora z krajową instytucją naukową, ponadto praca musiała się zaliczać do opracowań oryginalnych. Zidentyfikowano 91 takich publikacji, co stanowiło ponad 22 proc. wszystkich polskich często cytowanych prac. Przeciętna liczba cytowań prac umieszczonych na liście wynosiła 37,5, co przekracza średnią kraju 16 razy.

Najwięcej, bo 15 prac, pochodzi z Instytutu Rozrodu Zwierząt i Badań Żywności PAN w Olsztynie (16 proc. całości), UJ w Krakowie ma w zestawieniu 14 publikacji (15 proc.), 9 prac powstało w Zakładzie Badań Ssaków w Białowieży (10 proc.), 8 w Akademii Rolniczej w Krakowie, po 7 prac powstało w Centrum Badań Ekologicznych PAN w Łomiankach oraz w UW, 6 w Instytucie Oceanologii PAN w Sopocie oraz w Państwowym Instytucie Weterynaryjnym w Puławach, 5 w Instytucie Hodowli i Aklimatyzacji Roślin w Skierniewicach, po 4: w AR w Poznaniu, UAM w Poznaniu, a także w Instytucie Ochrony Przyrody PAN w Krakowie, po 3 prace powstały w UŁ, w Instytucie Sadownictwa i Kwieciarstwa w Skierniewicach, Instytucie Dendrologii PAN w Kórniku oraz w Instytucie Genetyki i Hodowli Zwierząt PAN w Jastrzębiu. W sumie 47 publikacji powstało w placówkach uczelnianych, 66 w PAN, 18 w instytutach resortowych. Geograficznie: 27 publikacji powstało w Krakowie, 12 w Olsztynie, 9 w Warszawie, 8 w Poznaniu, 7 w Łomiankach, po 6 w Łodzi, Puławach i Skierniewicach.

Spośród samodzielnych pracowników nauki najwięcej wysoko cytowanych prac opublikowali: Włodzimierz Jędrzejewski z ZBS w Białowieży – 8, Bogumiła Jędrzejewska z tej samej instytucji – 7, Henryk Okarma z Instytutu Ochrony Przyrody PAN w Krakowie – 4, po 3 prace: Ryszard Amarowicz z IRZiBŻ PAN w Olsztynie, Janusz Jamrozik z AR w Krakowie, Jacek Oleksyn z Instytutu Dendrologii PAN w Kórniku oraz Janusz Uchmański z CBE PAN w Łomiankach, po 2 publikacje mają: Jacek Osek z PIW w Puławach, Jacek Radwan oraz Katarzyna Turnau z UJ, Mariusz Piskuła z IRZiBŻ PAN w Olsztynie oraz Piotr Tryjanowski z UAM.

Najczęściej cytowane prace (o numerach 31, 45, 92 i 42) miały 111, 108, 72 i 70 cytowań. Dotyczyły one kolejno: genetycznych badań nad mlecznością krów, genetycznych badań nad transportem fosforanów w pomidorach, badań nad antyoksydacyjnymi własnościami niektórych oraz nad dostarczaniem węgla do gleb przez rośliny. Publikacje te powstały kolejno: w AR w Krakowie, w UŁ, w IRZiBŻ PAN w Olsztynie oraz w Instytucie Agrofizyki w Lublinie.

45 z tych prac (50 proc.) powstało przy co najmniej 50−procentowym udziale badaczy z Polski. Niektóre z poniższych publikacji znajdą się również na listach często cytowanych prac w innych dyscyplinach nauki. Lista publikacji zamieszczona jest poniżej, liczba cytowań umieszczona jest na końcu danych dotyczących publikacji.
